Collected Personal Data

When you use a contact form or email me, I collect your name, email address and anything you choose to include in your message. If you become a client, I’ll also ask for information about your health, diet and lifestyle, with your explicit consent, so that I can provide your programme. This website also uses cookies and analytics from my website host, IONOS, which you can accept or decline in the cookie settings.

Purpose for Collecting Data

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange consultations and deliver your programme. I never sell your data or share it for marketing. If you don’t go on to become a client, I delete your enquiry after 12 months; client records are stored securely and kept for 7 years after your programme ends. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing me. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
